kinplug collects: email address, name, company name, and Kintone subdomain at signup. OAuth tokens (encrypted) during plugin use. License validation logs and error logs. Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never store card details.
Information is used only for: license validation, OAuth token refresh, service delivery, billing, troubleshooting, and responding to your inquiries.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We share only with subprocessors necessary for service operation: Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Cybozu (integration with your Kintone environment).
OAuth tokens are stored with industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Our servers are in the Tokyo region (asia-northeast1), and data stays in Japan by default. See Security for full details.
You have the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Write to [email protected]. We respond within 14 days.
kinplug.com uses cookies only for login session persistence, language preference memory, and basic service delivery. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
