1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KinPlug's website, services, or plugins ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

KinPlug is operated by Edamame Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Services

KinPlug provides software plugins that extend the functionality of Cybozu's Kintone platform. Our Services include:

• Downloadable plugin files for Kintone
• License management and validation
• Customer support
• Documentation and resources

Note: KinPlug is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Cybozu, Inc. or Kintone.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Kintone Subdomain

Your license is initially registered to a specific Kintone subdomain. You may:

• Request a subdomain change through your dashboard or by contacting support
• Change your subdomain up to once per billing period for paid licenses
• During trial period, subdomain changes may be limited

4. License and Usage Rights

4.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the plugins on your registered Kintone subdomain
• Use the plugins for your internal business purposes

4.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use one license on multiple Kintone subdomains (unless explicitly allowed)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugins
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the plugins for illegal purposes

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Fees

Current pricing is available at kinplug.com/pricing. Prices are:

• Per plugin, per Kintone subdomain
• Exclusive of applicable taxes
• Subject to change with 30 days notice

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Refunds

• Trial: No payment, no refund applicable
• Monthly: No refunds for partial months
• Annual: Pro-rata refund within first 30 days if unsatisfied
• Lifetime: 30-day money-back guarantee

6. Free Trial

• Trial period is 14 days from activation
• One trial per Kintone subdomain per plugin
• Full functionality during trial period
• No credit card required to start
• Trial automatically expires (no auto-charge)

7. Support

7.1 What's Included

• Email support for all paid licenses
• Priority support for annual subscribers
• Documentation and self-help resources
• Bug fixes and security updates

7.2 What's NOT Included

• General Kintone support (contact Cybozu)
• Custom development or modifications
• Third-party integration support
• On-site or phone support

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for license validation
• Plugins work offline once validated (periodic re-validation required)
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not responsible for Kintone platform availability

9. Intellectual Property

KinPlug plugins, documentation, and all related materials are owned by Edamame Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.

"Kintone" and "Cybozu" are trademarks of Cybozu, Inc. KinPlug is not affiliated with Cybozu, Inc.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all Kintone configurations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDAMAME INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid in the 12 months prior

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through your dashboard
• Contacting support@kinplug.com

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Abuse or misuse the Services

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting notice on our website
• Sending email to registered users
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
