These terms govern the use of kinplug (the "Service") provided by Edamame Inc. (the "Company") for all users of the Service.
A service agreement forms between the Company and the user when the user creates an account and accepts these terms.
Service pricing is published at our pricing page. Monthly contracts may be cancelled effective end of current month. Annual contracts are non-refundable mid-term except per Section 7.
When we change our published pricing, existing customers are unaffected. Current customers can continue renewing at their current price for at least 24 months after the change is announced.
Users may not: violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, reverse-engineer the Service, resell to third parties, or interfere with Service operations.
If the Company ceases operation of the Service, the Company explicitly commits to: (1) open-sourcing the Kinplug Mail API server, (2) providing technical assistance to all customers for self-hosting migration, (3) providing at least 180 days' notice. Plugins other than Kinplug Mail do not depend on Company servers and continue operating permanently inside customers' Kintone.
Annual contracts may be refunded in these cases: cancellation within 7 days after the 14-day trial ends; material breach by the Company; Service outage exceeding 30 days without recovery.
The Service is provided as-is. For temporary Service disruption caused by Cybozu Kintone specification changes, the Company commits to respond as quickly as practical but does not guarantee immediate restoration.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes related to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as court of first instance.
