Kinplug Dashboard

One dashboard across every app.

Kintone aggregates inside a single app. The moment your actuals live in one app and your targets in another, comparing them means exporting CSVs. Kinplug Dashboard compares apps on a shared key and pools rows from many apps into one number — with no changes to how your apps are built.

A date field and a dropdown, on the same axis

Your sales app stores a real date. Your targets app stores "FY2025" and "Q1" in dropdowns. Normally those never line up. Kinplug Dashboard derives year, quarter and month from the date and matches them automatically — fiscal year starting April by default (configurable), so 2025-05-02 lands in Q1 of FY2025. Target-vs-actual works without remodelling your data.

Your data never leaves Kintone

Every calculation runs in the browser under the viewing user's own Kintone session. There is no external server holding your records. If someone cannot see a record in Kintone, they cannot see it in a dashboard either — permissions are enforced by Kintone itself, which is what makes this straightforward to get through IT review.
